LONDON-The green investment bank of Al Gore, Ugg and Wolsey are joining the Prince Regent Hotel project. The Queen's property company is nearly completing a GBP 300-million project to revive a historic building in central London.

The Crown Estate is revamping two art deco restaurants in the Regent Palace Hotel located just off Piccadilly Circus. Al Gore's green investment bank, Ugg and Wolsey has leased space in the development. The Crown Estate has been managing the property for the Treasury since 1760.
