FRANKFURT-Panattoni Europe has started work on a new 133,472-square-foot logistics facility in Lorsch for Rudolph Logistik Group. The warehouse facility is being constructed as part of the joint venture partnership between Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Panattoni Europe.

The new facility will expand the existing presence of Rudolph in Lorsch. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2012. Brokerage services for the deal are being provided by Jones Lang LaSalle. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
