LONDON-BNP Paribas Real Estate has purchased an office and retail space in East London on behalf of DTZ Investment Management's private Pension Fund client. The company has paid GBP 19 million for 110-114 Middlesex Street in London.

The office and retail space, which measures 48,000 square feet, was sold by Palmer Capital Partners. This multi-tenant space is arranged on top of three interconnected structures. BNPPRE represented the buyer and GVA represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
