LONDON-Construction work has started on the Churchill Place site that will house the offices of the European Medicines Agency. Canary Wharf Group is managing the work at 25 Churchill Place in Canary Wharf.

CWG obtained a GBP 190-million loan in December from four banks to develop the 20-story, 500,000-square-foot tower. Work has been already completed to the ground level. EMA, which has leased space in the Churchill Place site for 25 years, will move to the site in January 2015. For the full story, go to The Wharf .
