LONDON-SNCF is moving its Rail Europe travel centre to 193 Piccadilly from Lower Regent Street. The French railways operator has leased a 1,500-square-foot unit at the Piccadilly property from Aviva Investors.

SNCF will pay GBP 225,000 per annum exclusive as annul rent. The Piccadilly property was previously occupied by Cilantro. In the lease transaction, SCNF was advised by Alpha Browett Taylor and Aviva Investors was advised by BCL. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
