NOTTINGHAM, UK-Nottingham Trent University and the University Partnership Programme have closed a deal to construct and manage 911 student housing units, a new student union structure and other buildings. Vinci Construction is building the new student housing complex in Nottingham.

RBS has financed the deal with a GBP 45-million loan. UPP is providing GBP 11.25 million in equity for the project. This is the fifth project for the UPP and Nottingham Trent University partnership. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
