BOSTON-Public Consulting Group has signed a lease for 24,764 square feet of space in Boston's Financial District. The company has leased the Class A office space at 40 Broad St. from Chicago-based Pearlmark Real Estate Partners LLC.

Public Consulting Group will occupy the fourth-floor space of the 286,000-square-foot tower in March. Colliers' Leigh Freudenheim and Timothy O'Brien represented the tenant, while Jones Lang LaSalle's Brad McGill, Thomas O'Regan and Kelly Lockberg represented the owner in the lease transaction.
