DENTON, TX-Dallas-based Fountain Residential Partners and Crosswind Development Partners are planning to start construction on a student housing community in Denton. The five-story, 427-bed community, called 33 North, will be situated on Eagle Drive beside The University of North Texas.

Amenities in the community include a fitness center, theater, outdoor deck, infinity pool and clubhouse. The Dallas-based developer is expecting to start construction this spring and complete the student housing community by fall 2013. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
