HOUSTON-Greenwich, Connecticut-based Wheelock Street Capital has bought the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel on Westheimer Road in the Galleria. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but an unnamed source earlier revealed that the price tag of the 380-room hotel could be between $60 million to $65 million.

The seller of the property was not disclosed, but HBJ sources said that a group including Westmont Hospitality Group and Kimco Realty sold the hotel to Wheelock. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
