HOUSTON-KBS Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. has sold an office property at 2200 West Loop South to Miami-based Parmenter Realty Partners for an undisclosed price. The 202,000-square-foot building is situated next to the Intercontinental Hotel in the Galleria area.

The office building, constructed in 1974 and refurbished in 2000, is 87% occupied by tenants including Tenaris and Morgan Stanley.
