MISSION HILLS, CA-Blackhawk Office Associates LLC has sold an office building in Mission Hills for $5.65 million. The three-story building, which measures approximately 34,000 square feet, was purchased by Santa Monica West LLC.

The Blackhawk office building is situated at 15545 Devonshire St. It was developed in 1984 and was 97% leased at the time of sale.
