TAMPA, FL-Trammell Crow Co. has selected Colliers International Tampa Bay to handle the leasing assignment for the office project being developed in downtown Tampa. The company is developing the 350-room hotel and 400,000-square-foot office tower called SouthGate.

Claire Calzon, managing director of Colliers' Office Services, will head the leasing efforts. The project will come up on a 4-acre site north of the Tampa Convention Center.
