CHICAGO-Fred Latsko has purchased the former Ultimo store at 116 E. Oak St. for $7.4 million. The Chicago investor has already secured a tenant for the Oak Street building.

Lanvin, a Parisian fashion house, has leased the 6,000-square-foot building for 10 years. It has five locations in the US. Sara Albrecht was the previous owner of the Ultimo building.
