LONDON-Development Securities PLC has obtained a Resolution to Grant Planning for Phase I of its mixed-use development in Hayes, Middlesex. The company, along with Cathedral Group plc, will develop the GBP 250-million project, The Old Vinyl Factory.

The first phase residential element will contain 132 apartments. Cathedral Group and Development Securities bought the site in April 2011 for GBP 16 million. The property currently has more than 700,000 square feet of commercial buildings. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
