CARDIFF, UK-DTZ and Horace John, Forse & Co. have sold the old Roath Steam Laundry building in Cardiff to McCarthy & Stone, a developer of retirement homes and apartments, for an undisclosed amount. McCarthy & Stone has secured detailed planning permission to offer 58 assisted living apartments for individuals aged above 70.

Horace John, Forse & Co. and DTZ handled the deal for Emeralda (1988) Limited. The property, which sits on 1.18 acres of land, is located on Marlborough Road. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
