SEATTLE-Amazon.com has signed an agreement with Clise Properties to purchase three blocks in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle with plans to construct a 1-million-square-foot office building on each of the blocks. Preliminary paperwork for the three office towers has already been filed with the city.

The blocks are bordered roughly by Blanchard Street, Sixth Avenue and Westlake Avenue. The parcels were listed on the market for sale in 2007. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
