NAPERVILLE, IL-Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp. has acquired a fully leased warehouse in Naperville for more than $46 million. The company has bought the 827,268-square-foot facility at 1860 W. Jefferson Ave. from a subsidiary of RREEF Real Estate.

The transaction was valued a little below $46.4 million, or about $56 per square foot. The property, located near State Route 59, is fully leased to Northbrook-based Crate & Barrel under a long-term deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
