NEW YORK CITY-A newly renovated office building on Madison Avenue has reached sales block. New York Capital Markets Group at Jones Lang LaSalle is selling the 394,000-square-foot tower at 350 Madison Ave. on behalf of Chartouni Brothers' Kensico Properties.

The building, situated between East 44th and East 45 streets, accommodates Paul Stuart. Sources revealed that the owners are expecting that the building will fetch between $800 and $900 per square foot. The property is nearly 30% vacant. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
