OAKLAND, CA-Software maker Navis has inked a 35,000-square-foot lease at the Jack London Square Market to relocate its headquarters. The company will occupy the 5th and 6th floors of the six-story retail and office building located at 55 Harrison, Oakland. It is the third tenant of the building comprising a 72,000-square-foot retail space and a 100,000-square-foot Class A office space.

In the deal, Cushman & Wakefield brokered for the landlord, while Jones Lang LaSalle brokered for the tenant. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
