FORT WORTH-Houston-based Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods has inked two lease deals in Forth Worth and a lease deal in Plano. The company has signed a 30,000-square-foot lease at Eastchase and Interstate 30 in Forth Worth.

The site is an addition to the deal that the company signed to take control of the South Hulen space in Fort Worth. Spec's will open its Plano store in Gleneagles Plaza located at the southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Park Boulevard. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
