PARIS-Savills has closed the sale of a retail center in France's Pas de Calais North region. Imocominvest has bought the 76,423-square-foot shopping center situated near a 236,806-square-foot Auchan de Longueness retail center in Saint-Omer for about EUR 10 million.

The shopping center, developed in June 2010, contains nine retail units as well as a petrol station. It is fully occupied by tenants including Carrefour Market. Savills advised the developer of the Saint-Omer shopping center in the sale. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
