Decron Buys Converted Apartment Units in Valencia for $57M

Decron buys the 264
units from a JV between Regent
Properties and Lennar.

VALENCIA, CA-Los Angeles-based Decron Properties Corp. has purchased 264 units at The Madison at Town Center in Valencia for approximately $57 million. The real estate investment company has acquired the converted apartment units at the complex from Prado Town Center West LLC, a partnership between Los Angeles-based Regent Properties and Lennar.
Prado bought the 341-unit apartment community at 24555 Town Center Drive for nearly $91.5 million in 2005. Laurie Lustig-Bower and Tyler Anderson with CBRE Group Inc. represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal .
