PFLUGERVILLE, TX-The first phase of the North Forest project is now underway in Pflugerville. The project is a professional and medical office structure at 305 N. Heatherwilde Blvd.

The 34,000-square-foot building will come up on 3.5 acres of land. New York-based North Forest Office Space stated that the building will be developed in four phases. At first, 9,000 square feet of space will be developed. This space is expected to be occupied by early summer. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
