PIKESVILLE, MD-An affiliate of KBS Legacy Partners Apartment REIT Inc. is planning to acquire an apartment complex in Pikesville. The company is preparing to purchase The Residence at Waterstone for more than $65 million.

The 255-unit apartment community sits on 25.2 acres of land. KBS has already made an initial payment of $500,000 on the purchase. Avalon Village Green Associates LLC is the seller of The Residence at Waterstone. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
