BOSTON-Space With a Soul has expanded and lengthened its lease in the Seaport District in Boston. The company has leased 20,000 square feet at 281 Summer St. from Normandy Partners.

The property, constructed in 1910, is situated near South Station. Details of the deal were not revealed, but Jones Lang LaSalle stated that the average asking rent in South Station and Seaport at the close of Q4 was $35.72.
