Chicago Title & Trust is
in talks to move
to a new location.

CHICAGO-Chicago Title & Trust Co. is looking to move out from its current spot in at 161 N. Clark St., according to a Crain's article. As such, it is currently in talks to move into new digs at 10 S. LaSalle St. Both buildings are located in the Central Loop submarket. Chicago Title & Trust would take over approximately 80,000 square feet of space if the negotiations come to fruition.

Nothing has yet been set in stone, the news provider reports, and the article further cites figures that state the 37-story building is currently 74% leased. Currently, the company resides in 90,000 square feet in the building once named the Chicago Title & Trust Center.
