HOUSTON-KTR Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm, has bought its fourth Houston property. The firm has acquired a distribution facility measuring 311,600 square feet at 9010 West Little York in Northwest Houston.

The facility is currently 77% leased and its main tenant is Victory Packaging. Details of the deal were not disclosed. Mason Partners' Jeff Lindenberger, Todd Mason and Tommy LeBlanc negotiated the deal on behalf of Houston VP Partners. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
