NEW YORK CITY-Gotham City Restaurant Group has extended the lease for its 5,000-square-foot office space as well as the 15,000-square-foot retail lease for its eatery, The Coffee Shop, at 27 Union Square West. The renewal deal runs for 10 years. The Coffee Shop occupies a 7,000-square-foot space on the ground floor and an 8,000-square-foot event and party space on the basement level.
