GLENDALE, AZ-Construction has started on a new Tanger outlet center in Glendale. Tanger Outlet Center Westgate will come up near Glendale Avenue and the Loop 101.

The 328,000-square-foot outlet mall will be located close to the University of Phoenix Stadium, Jobing.com Arena and Westgate City Center. Names of the retailers, who will be occupying the project, have not yet been revealed. The first phase of the development is scheduled to open this fall.
