Cascade Energy Signs Lease at Convention Plaza Building

PORTLAND, OR-Cascade Energy Inc. has signed a lease for 25,000 square feet of space at the Convention Plaza building located at the Burnside Bridgehead site. Beam Development is the owner of the property.
Cascade Energy will occupy the fifth floor of Convention Plaza. Beam is looking to obtain the $16 million in financing it requires to renovate the 96,000-square-foot office building. Bank of the Cascades and Wells Fargo NA are competing to provide financing for the project. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
