Investment Firm Relocates, Expands HQ in San Diego

SAN DIEGO-Westcore Properties has relocated and enlarged its headquarters in San Diego. The private real estate investment firm has moved from 9,000 square feet to 14,000 square feet of office space at 4435 Eastgate Mall.
Westcore Properties will initially employ 41 workers in the new corporate headquarters. The company, which also has offices in Denver, San Francisco and in Europe, signed the five-year lease deal with Sunroad Enterprises.
