Follow this StoryNEW YORK CITY-In the second big announcement for Queens, the United States Tennis Association unveiled plans to expand the Louis Armstrong and Grandstand facilities at the 42-acre site in Flushing. A USTA spokesman says the work is slated for completion in 2018, pending all necessary land use approvals.
