NEW YORK CITY-The Bank of New York Mellon building situated on the Upper East Side is in contract for more than $140 million. Friedland Properties has agreed to pay $7,000 per square foot for the 20,000-square-foot building at 706 Madison Ave.
The two-story building stretches along Madison Avenue and East 63rd Street. Jones Lang LaSalle's Jon Caplan, Ron Cohen, Richard Baxter and Scott Latham marketed the 706 Madison building. For the full story, go to New York Post .
