ACS Seeks Zoning Change for Business Campus in East Dallas

DALLAS-Affiliated Computer Services, a division of Xerox Corp., is seeking zoning change from the city of Dallas for its 26-acre property North Central Expressway and Haskell Avenue in East Dallas. The property has a data-processing facility and five office buildings.
ACS is planning to redevelop the property to include nearly 2,000 apartments, retail and commercial buildings, office space medical facilities and a hotel. The property currently contains approximately 650,000 square feet of office space. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
