PARIS, TX-A subsidiary of Los Angeles-based New Mill Capital has acquired a bakery plant and 89 acres of tract in Paris, Texas. NWC-Paris LLC purchased the 375,000-square-foot plant and the land at 2020 19th St. NW from Sara Lee Diversified LLC.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. New Mill Capital is planning to market the plant to a user through CBRE's David Sours. Allen Gump, Bob Chodos and Chris Cummings from Colliers International represented Sara Lee Bakery Corp. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
