Hampshire Properties Bags Laurel Square Apartments for $102M
LAUREL, MD-Hampshire Properties has bought the Laurel Square Apartments in Laurel for $102 million. The New York-based company purchased the 982-unit apartment complex at 13301 Arden Way from Fannie Mae and the Bozzuto Group.
The multifamily property was constructed in 1970. It is currently 88% occupied. Andrew Boyer, Bill Roohan, Martha Hastings, Michael Muldowney and Michael Rudolph from CBRE Group Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of Bozzuto. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
