OCEANSIDE, CA-GF Properties Group LLC, an affiliate of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, is planning to break ground on a Marriott SpringHill Suites hotel in downtown Oceanside. The $40-million hotel will be constructed at 110 N. Myers St., at the edge of Myers and Mission Avenue.
The developer recently secured $25.1 million in construction loan through US Bank for the Oceanside project. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP arranged the construction loan. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
