ATLANTA-Alliance Residential Co. is planning to construct a 250-unit apartment project on Maple Drive, between East Paces Ferry and Peachtree Road in Atlanta's Buckhead district. The Phoenix-based company has submitted its proposals to the city of Atlanta Bureau of Planning.
The five-story apartment project will be developed on more than 2 acres of land on Maple Drive. Alliance has named the new apartment project as Broadstone Maple. For the full story, go to Atlanta Business Chronicle .
