REDWOOD CITY, CA-Interstate Equities Corp., an investment group based in Los Altos, has picked up a four-building portfolio comprising 84 units in Redwood City for $12.3 million. The buildings include 755 Ninth Ave., 775 Ninth Ave., 152 Lincoln Ave. and 180 Buckingham Ave.
The properties were developed in 1964 and 1965. Robert Johnston and Adam Levin from Marcus & Millichap's Palo Alto office represented Carlos Perez, the seller, and Interstate Equities, the buyer, in the deal, respectively. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
