Capitol Seniors Housing Buys Two Properties in Texas
PLANO, TX-Capitol Seniors Housing of Washington, DC, has bought two senior housing complexes in Plano and North Richland Hills for an undisclosed price. The company, formerly called Carlyle Senior Housing, bought the Franklin Park Canyon Creek, a 188-unit community in Plano, and the Franklin Park Hometown, a 194-unit complex in North Richland Hills.
San Antonio-based Franklin Development Co. was the previous owner of the two independent living facilities. Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal on behalf of the seller. For the full story, go to Fort Worth Business Press .
