Embarcadero Picks Up Almaden Financial Plaza in San Jose
SAN JOSE, CA-Embarcadero Capital Partners LLC has bought Almaden Financial Plaza, a three-building office complex in downtown San Jose, from Legacy Partners Commercial. The company purchased the complex, which includes more than 400,000 square feet of office space and a 1,200-car parking facility, through a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure.
The properties include approximately 153,000 square feet at One Almaden Blvd.; 140,000 square feet at 55 Almaden Blvd.; and 115,000 square feet at 99 Almaden Blvd. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
