Developer Plans to Build New Apartments at Pete's Harbor

REDWOOD CITY, CA-The Palo Alto Daily News reported that Paul's Corp., a Denver-based developer, is proposing a plan to construct 411 apartments at Pete's Harbor in Redwood City. The developer will submit the plan to the city's architectural advisory committee.
The report also said that Paul's Corp. is also developing the One Marina condo project nearby. The proposed complex will have private boat slips. Paula Ucceli is the current owner of Pete's Harbor. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
