ALLEN, TX-Behringer Harvard Multifamily REIT I Inc., a subsidiary of Addison-based Behringer Harvard, has invested in a 444-unit apartment project in Allen. The apartment community is under construction on a 19-acre site at 1300 N. Custer Road.
The project will comprise 9 three-story buildings and a clubhouse as well as a parking garage with surface parking options. TDI Real Estate Holdings LLC, based in Irving, Texas, is developing the complex with Catlyn Capital Corp. Financing for the project is provided by Texas Capital Bank.
