MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-A build-to-suit office campus made up of 2 six-story structures in Mountain View has confirmed its new tenant. Samsung Information Systems America Inc. has inked a 15-year lease for the new campus.
San Francisco-based TMG Partners and Farallon Capital Management LLC teamed up to build the 385,730-square-foot campus. SISA will relocate from its US headquarters at 75 West Plumeria Drive situated in North San Jose to the new campus. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
