NEW YORK CITY-Life Time Fitness has acquired an office/distribution facility in Harrison, New York. The health club bought the 232,000-square-foot building at One Gannett Drive. The building formerly housed a Gannett printing press operation.
Life Time Fitness has plans to make a state-of-the-art fitness center at the 24-acre site. NAI James E. Hanson and NAI Friedland represented LTF Real Estate Company, which is trading as Life Time Fitness, in the deal. A CBRE team represented Gannett Satellite Information Network, Inc., the seller.
