Samsung Plans to Open Jacksonville Warehouse Operation
JACKSONVILLE, FL-A city building permit reported that Samsung Electronics America Inc. is planning to open a warehouse operation in Jacksonville. On Friday, the company received a permit to modify the industrial facility at 12200 Presidents Court in order to install dock levers.
Samsung will take 140,000 square feet at the industrial building, which comprise nearly 400,000 square feet of space. The Conlan Co. will handle the construction, which will cost $417,194. For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal .
