NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Irvine Co. is planning to construct a 19-story building near its current main office in Newport Center. The 300,000-square foot building will come up at 520 Newport Center Drive and it is part of the company's long-term plan for Newport Center.
New York-based Pei Cobb Freed & Partners Architects LLP has designed the new office building. Construction is expected to start in early 2013 and is scheduled to be finished by late 2014. For the full story, go to Orange County Register .
