SAN RAMON, CA-Kraft Foods and Samsung have become tenants of Bishop Ranch, a 585-acre business park comprising over 9 million square feet of space in over 30 buildings in San Ramon. Kraft Foods has leased a total space of 24,000 square feet in Bishop Ranch 15, 12667 Alcosta Blvd and Bishop Ranch 8, 3000 Executive Parkway. Cushman & Wakefield's Charlie Allen brokered for the food giant in the deal.
