TROY, OH-Crown Equipment Corp., based in New Bremen, has recently bought the Stillwater Technologies facility in Troy. Sidney-based Industrial Property Brokers reported that the company purchased the 165,500-square-foot building and plans to relocate to the space previously occupied by Motoman.
Financial details of the deal were not revealed. Industrial Property Brokers' Tim Echemann and Cassidy Turley's Norm Khoury represented the sellers in the deal. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
