Behringer Harvard Buys Land for Multifamily Project in Houston
HOUSTON-Addison-based Behringer Harvard has bought more than 2.5 acres of land at 3810 Law St. in the West University submarket of Houston for a multifamily project. Dallas-based Trammell Crow Residential, which partnered with Behringer Harvard on this acquisition, will serve as developer of the new multifamily property.
Development plans include the razing of the existing building in Houston's Inner Loop to make way for a new apartment community called Allusion West University. The four-story residential building will comprise 231 apartments. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
